Mass Save® HEAT Loans
HEAT loans are available to qualified customers participating in the Mass Save® Program and is designed to promote energy efficiency in your home or condominium. Customers are eligible to apply for a 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) loan and obtain applicable utility rebates.

- Contact Mass Save® at 866-527-7283 to find out what is eligible for financing and schedule a Home Energy Assessment to determine if you qualify for a HEAT loan
- Complete the necessary forms received from a Mass Save® representative and secure a signed contractor proposal for each improvement
- Submit Mass Save® forms and contractor proposal to your Mass Save® HEAT Loan Administrator
- Receive a HEAT loan Authorization Form from your Mass Save® HEAT Loan Administrator

Sewer or Water Connection Loans
Make the connection with Cape Cod 5. Communities across the Cape, Islands and Southeastern Massachusetts have initiated projects to transition home wastewater management from septic to municipal sewer systems and switch water sources from well to public. That's why we're offering a Sewer or Water Connection Loan to qualifying homeowners at competitive rates.
Overdraft Lines of Credit
Linked to your checking account, funds automatically transfer in $50.00 increments to cover the overdrawn amount (as long as the required funds are available within the predetermined credit limit). As a loan, finance charges on the outstanding loan balance will apply until the amount is repaid. A loan application and credit approval are required for a line of credit.
Unsecured Personal Loans
