Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Remote Deposit Capture allows you to scan and transmit checks to Cape Cod 5 for posting and clearing. All you need is a PC, an internet connection and a check scanner. Checks you receive at your location can be scanned to create a digital deposit, which is then transmitted over an encrypted internet connection to Cape Cod 5. This service saves valuable time by not requiring trips to the bank.

Business Bill Pay Business Bill Pay simplifies the accounts payable process by eliminating the paperwork and costs associated with writing and mailing checks. With Business Bill Pay, you can electronically schedule and arrange payments to your creditors or anyone else.

Analysis Checking Account This Cape Cod 5 account is designed for businesses with heavy transaction needs, regardless of how you disburse funds. Analysis Checking provides your business with an account for consolidating funds from which disbursements can be made. Deposit balances are used to offset service fees.

Zero Balance Accounts (ZBA) Maintain a clear audit trail when linking multiple disbursement accounts to a single central account. While funds transfer from this central account to the disbursement accounts to cover actual payment clearings, the need to maintain idle balances in the "zero balance" accounts is eliminated.

Electronic Tax Payments Pay your Federal and State taxes electronically.

Line of Credit Sweep If your operating balances fall below a specified level, funds are advanced from a prearranged Cape Cod 5 Line of Credit in order to maintain your desired balances. Conversely, excess balances in your checking accounts can automatically be used to pay down your Line of Credit loan balance.

Internal Transfers With Business Online Banking you can move funds between your Cape Cod 5 accounts instantly with just the click of a mouse – allowing you to shift reserves on an as-needed basis and control your cash flow.

Account Analysis Our Analysis Recap provides details of your account(s) activity and balances. Accounts can be analyzed either individually or on a combined basis. This analysis helps with planning your cash management and allows you to monitor service charges and determine necessary balance requirements.
