Loan can be used toward ancillary costs such as decommissioning and removing existing septic, landscape repair and moving and repairing outbuildings
Eligibility requirements:
Minimum FICO for all owners (the owners of the property are usually an entity, not an individual, so there is no FICO for an entity) and guarantors with 20% ownership or more: 660
Loan is made to the property owner
Autopay from a Cape Cod 5 deposit account is required (opening an account can be part of the loan process)
Verification that the property can tie into the sewer system
All work to be done by a licensed contractor
