Goals: Kindergarten students will understand the life cycle of the native terrapin turtle living in Sandy Neck marsh. They will understand the importance of raising these turtles in our aquarium at school so that the turtles will grow big enough to survive in the wild, safe from predators.
Preparing for responsible homeownership is an important initiative at Cape Cod Five. We are pleased to partner with Redbrook, an A.D. Makepeace Community, to provide this valuable workshop, providing an overview of the entire homebuying process.
The funds from this grant would be used to purchase 1 Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, AED DVD Set, 7 Heartsaver First Aid student workbooks, 7 CPR, AED student workbooks, and 1 “baby Annie” CPR manikin for use in an elective class which will teach CPR to both students and staff at the West Tisbury School.
