Jim Austin joined Cape Cod 5’s residential mortgage lending team in 2011 and has over thirty-four years of mortgage lending experience in the towns of Wareham, Marion, Mattapoisett and the South Coast. His intimate knowledge of the area has helped Jim distinguish himself as a lender known for helping people own and stay in their homes.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State College. Originally from Wareham, he currently resides in Rochester with his wife Melissa and raised their two sons there. Jim is actively involved in the community and has served as President of the Wareham Community Associates, board member of the Gleason Family YMCA and is also the Chair of the Town of Rochester's Finance Committee.
