Cape Cod 5’s commitment to serving the needs of our community
Cape Cod 5 is proud to uphold its responsibilities as a mutual community bank through serving the financial needs of individuals, families and businesses and contributing to the health, vitality and economic strength of our communities. We work closely with hundreds of community organizations to meet the needs within our area, through service, lending and investments. All of these efforts are undertaken and supported by our dedicated team of employees and with financial support from both the Bank and our charitable foundation.
CRA Performance Evaluation
One of the ways that we measure our ability to deliver on these objectives is through our Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) assessment. The CRA assessment is an evaluation of an institution’s record of meeting the credit needs of its entire community, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, consistent with safe and sound operation of the institution. Cape Cod 5 has been proud to receive an Outstanding rating from the FDIC for a period spanning more than 30 years.
