Beth Ann Meehan joined Cape Cod Five’s Nantucket Team in 2012, bringing with her fifteen years of local mortgage experience for which she has received numerous professional honors. During this time, she has gained a keen understanding of the unique home lending needs of customers on the Island.

Following receipt of a B.A. degree in Communications, Beth Ann went on to earn a Masters in Journalism at New York University. After a few years employed in New York City as a journalist, she became a year-round resident of Nantucket in 1994 and embarked on her career in mortgage lending at a local bank in 1996.

Community service is one of Beth Ann’s primary interests as she was a past board member of the Nantucket Shellfish Association, the Nantucket Sustainable Development Corporation and the Nantucket Housing Office. Presently, Beth Ann is Trustee of the Nantucket Boys & Girls Club, Commissioner of the Nantucket Housing Authority and board member of Habitat for Humanity Nantucket, Inc.
