Hyannis, MA – Cape Cod 5 recently announced the promotion of Angelique Viamari to Senior Vice President of Governance. Angelique will report to Matt Burke, CEO, and lead the Executive Office of the Bank, overseeing all corporate governance activities and supporting the efforts of Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
Angelique previously served as SVP, Deputy Chief of Staff, and was elected as Assistant Clerk of the Cape Cod 5 Board at the Bank’s Annual Meeting in May 2022. Since joining the Bank in 2011 as Senior Paralegal, her scope of oversight has significantly increased to include the oversight of the administration of the Office of the General Counsel and support of all aspects of the Bank’s governance.
“Angelique continues to play a critical and increasingly important role for Cape Cod 5, leading the Executive Office and the corporate governance activities of the Bank,” said Matt Burke, CEO of Cape Cod 5. “She has been a leader at the Bank and in our community, and I congratulate her on this well-earned promotion.”
Angelique is an active member of the local community and currently serves as President of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Executive Committee for the Cape Cod Young Professionals (CCYP).
She earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Union College. She attended the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College and earned a Paralegal Studies Certificate from Boston University.
