What is Bank On?
The Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund (CFE) created the Bank On program to meet the needs of consumers who don’t have a basic transaction account because they lack the funds to meet a minimum balance requirement, distrust financial institutions, can’t manage high or unpredictable fees, lack identification, or have credit or banking history problems.
