Cape Cod 5’s Online and Mobile Banking settings allow you to complete a number of tasks:

Change your Username and Password.

Update your contact information.
-
Select Cape Cod 5 accounts to hide or show in your Online or Mobile Banking Dashboard.

Check when and where specific devices have accessed your account.

Reset two-factor authentication (this is the added security layer that is presented when logging in from a new device or browser).
Change Password
You may need to change your Online Banking and Mobile Banking passwords for personal or security reasons.

Change Username

Remove Trusted Devices
The first time you log in to Online Banking on a new device, you’ll have the option to make the device you are using a trusted device, which means you don’t have to receive and enter a Cape Cod 5 security code every time you access Online Banking from that device.
If you no longer plan to use that device, or you believe that it’s been compromised, you’ll want to remove it from your list of trusted devices.
When you log in to Mobile Banking for the first time, the device will automatically become trusted.

Click/tap Remove next to the device that you’d like to remove from the list.The removed device will no longer appear in the list of recently used devices. Reset Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication adds another layer of security to ensure only you are logging in and accessing your account. This also would have been set up the first time you accessed Cape Cod 5’s upgraded Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
You’ll need to reset your two-factor authentication for any of the following reasons:

You get a new phone number.

You get a new primary email address.

You believe one of your devices has been compromised.

View/Edit Contact Information
Having the most up-to-date contact information can help us contact you quickly if needed and send confirmations to the the correct email address.
Use the following steps to verify and update your contact information.

Show/Hide Accounts
You may choose to hide one or more of your Cape Cod 5 accounts from view in Online or Mobile Banking. You may also need to show a hidden account.
