Jonathan Kelly has more than twenty years of experience in investing, accounting, and financial planning. After working for almost 10 years as a derivatives trader in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco, Jonathan returned home to Cape Cod with his family in 2002. Jonathan co-founded and developed a successful wholesale business and worked as an accountant and financial advisor before joining Cape Cod 5 in 2014.

Jonathan graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He received Master’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Northeastern University and is credentialed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). Jonathan is a member of the investment team that is responsible for portfolio construction and takes an active role in managing clients’ assets, ensuring their portfolios are optimized to meet their financial goals.

Jonathan is on the board of the Wellfleet Conservation Trust. An avid runner, Jonathan currently resides in Wellfleet with his wife and two daughters.
