NOTICE TO RELOCATE A BRANCH
Notice is hereby given that The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, 1500 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, Massachusetts 02601, has filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") seeking approval to temporarily relocate the branch from 97 Cranberry Highway, Orleans, MA 02663 to a temporary location at 28 South Orleans Road, Orleans, MA 02653. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, 15 Braintree Hill Office Park, Suite 200, Braintree, Massachusetts 02184 not later than February 7, 2025. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portions of the application file will be made available upon request.
