How do I link an account?
From the dashboard, select "•••" by your Account listing in the upper right-hand corner and then click "Link an account." When linking your account, a list of eight default institutions for you to choose from will be displayed. You can also search for an institution using the search bar. After selecting your financial institution, you must accept the terms and conditions and log into your account using the third-party institution’s authentication requirements. Once completed successfully, you will be able to select the accounts you want to link. After you select the accounts you want to link, you can add another institution or review the selected accounts.

What types of accounts can I link to the Cape Cod 5 app?
You can link checking/savings accounts, loans, investments, mortgages, retirement accounts, and credit cards held at other financial institutions.  
What am I able to do with my linked accounts?
At this time, linking an account will provide you with the ability to view account balances and transactions.  
Can I perform a transaction with my linked account on the Cape Cod 5 app?
You cannot transact with your linked third-party bank accounts. If you wish to add an account for use with external transfers, please click here for instructions. 
How often are balances and transaction history updated?
Linked accounts are updated when a transaction is processed, up to a maximum frequency of once per day. 
I do not see a transaction that was just performed. Why?
Only transactions that have fully processed will be reflected when your linked account is updated. Pending transactions will not be shown. 
How much transaction history will be available?
180 days of transactions are initially brought in and history will accumulate from there. Pending transactions will not be included. 
How do I remove an account?
From the dashboard, select "•••" by your Account listing in the upper right-hand corner and then click "Link an account." A list of institutions from which you've linked accounts will be displayed. Select the "Review" button where you can remove an account and/or the institution. After this, you can go into the individual financial institutions to review accounts, remove accounts or the institution, and submit updates.
