The Cape Cod 5 internship program is a great way to learn about the banking industry, gain professional experience, begin developing a strong network and build upon academic learnings.
We focus on supporting the growth of our interns both personally and professionally. Interns are exposed to and involved in real work projects at the Bank, which provides an understanding of how each department works together to accomplish Cape Cod 5's mission of enriching the lives of our customers, communities and employees.
Why join the Cape Cod 5 internship program?

Spend the summer learning with us! Internships are a minimum of 10 weeks and full time (40 hours/week)

Get paid! All internships are paid and school credit approval forms are considered by request (individual circumstances may apply)

Onsite and hybrid internship opportunities available (dependent on needs of the department and Bank)

Grow from exposure to meaningful work in collaboration with members of the leadership team, employees and fellow interns
