Orleans, MA – The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Mandee Blair has been promoted to Assistant Vice President - Relationship Management Officer and Lindy Daley has been promoted to Branch Operations Officer.
“Both Mandee and Lindy have extensive experience in banking services and have excellent leadership qualities,” said Dorothy A. Savarese, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cape Cod Five. “These well-deserved promotions reflect the key roles they play at Cape Cod Five in helping our customers achieve their financial goals.”
Blair joined Cape Cod Five last year, bringing valuable experience in retail banking and operations as well as in management. Prior to joining Cape Cod Five, Blair served as store manager and assistant store manager at a Cape Cod branch of a regional bank.
Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in economics and business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is active in various charitable and civic organizations, including the Special Olympics, Cape Abilities, and Cape Cod Young Professionals.
Daley has 30 years of financial services experience in retail banking, operations, and management. Prior to joining Cape Cod Five, she oversaw four branches and managed more than 20 employees for a Cape Cod based bank.
Daley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Providence College. She volunteers in various capacities for Mashpee public schools and is active in community efforts.
