Cape Cod 5's Patty Erickson Takes on New Role as Business Services Relationship Manager
Josh Hayes joins the Bank's Falmouth team as Banking Center Manager
Hyannis, MA – Cape Cod 5 recently appointed Patty Erickson to Business Services Relationship Manager. In her new role, Patty will cultivate and expand upon the Bank’s existing relationships with clients across the Upper Cape region. Patty served as Banking Center Manager of the Bank’s Falmouth location at 668 Main Street for many years, a role that has been filled by Josh Hayes.
“We are pleased to welcome Patty to the newly created role of Business Services Relationship Manager at the Bank,” said Chris Richards, Chief Banking Services Officer at Cape Cod 5. “Her years of dedicated service to clients and members of the local community will well-position our team as we continue to expand upon our commitment to individuals and businesses in the Upper Cape and the surrounding area.”
Chris continued, “We are also excited to welcome Josh Hayes as the new Banking Center Manager of our Falmouth location. Having most recently served as floating Banking Center Manager, Josh's dedicated service to our clients and members of the local community will ensure a high level of service as he steps into this role.”
Patty has been part of Cape Cod 5’s Banking Services team since 2007, and has worked as Banking Center Manager in Falmouth since 2010. Prior to joining the Bank, she held management roles at both regional and national banks.
In addition to studying Business at Cape Cod Community College, Patty completed the New England School for Financial Studies program at Babson College and holds the designation of Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®).
As an active member of the local community, Patty serves as treasurer for Cape Cod Apartments Senior Living and former ambassador chair and member of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is also the current co-chair of the Falmouth Parade Committee and a past board member of Falmouth Volunteer in Public Schools.
Prior to joining the Bank, Josh worked for regional banks in retail roles with increasing responsibility. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bridgewater State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Josh earned the designation of Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) in 2023.
As an active member of the local community, Josh serves as a Board Member for Cape Cod Young Professionals, the Middleboro Branch Old Colony YMCA and both the Plymouth Area and Cranberry County Chambers of Commerce. He has also served as a volunteer for both Habitat of Humanity and the Sacred Heart Food Pantry.
