Cape Cod 5 Plans Expansion, Renovations for Orleans Banking Center
Bank announces intended sale of 20 West Road to firm of La Tanzi, Spaulding & Landreth
Hyannis, MA – Cape Cod 5 recently announced their intention to expand and renovate their Orleans Banking Center at 97 Cranberry Highway, pending approvals by the town. As part of these significant updates, all business lines, including personal and business banking, commercial and residential lending, and wealth management, will now be available in one convenient location for clients and members of the community. Updates will honor the town’s character and rich history, and will include additional office and meeting space, a more comfortable seating area for clients, and refreshed space for banking transactions.
The Bank is also under agreement for the sale of their property at 20 West Road with the firm of La Tanzi, Spaulding & Landreth, an Orleans-based law firm founded in 1969. As the expansion of the Banking Center takes place, the Bank will lease back some office space in the building for members of its Trust & Asset Management and Commercial teams.
“Cape Cod 5 is grateful for the strong connections that we have with individuals and businesses based in town, and this significant investment in our Orleans Banking Center is representative of our commitment to continuing to effectively serve this special community,” said Matt Burke, Chairman & CEO of Cape Cod 5.
"At La Tanzi, Spaulding & Landreth, we are thrilled to deepen our longstanding relationship with Cape Cod 5 through the acquisition of the 20 West Road property,” said Christopher Ward, Managing Partner, La Tanzi, Spaulding & Landreth. “This opportunity allows us to continue enhancing our services and solidifying our 55-year legacy of providing quality legal counsel in a prompt and personal manner. We are committed to the future success of our firm and to the ongoing collaboration with Cape Cod 5, which has been an integral part of our growth and community involvement."
